There are some environmental conditions that may not be advised for long-term storage but will not affect product quality during short-term exposure. In such cases, J&K will ship at ambient temperature. Products will be shipped on ice when they are sensitive to environmental conditions during short-term exposure. Customers can request special shipping/handling conditions, but such shipping/handling is at customer expense if our experience indicates that the product is stable for regular shipment.
