The synthesis of nucleosides has been a topical subject in efforts to develop new therapeutic agents (e.g., antitumor and antiviral drugs)[1], to manipulate genetic processes (e.g. antisense oligonucleotides and RNA interference)[2], and to expand the genetic code and understand the scope and limits of Watson–Crick base pairing[3]. However, the key technique for such syntheses, namely, the N-glycosidic coupling of sugars and nitrogen heterocycles, is rather conventional. The bromo sugar used in the Koenigs-Knorr synthetic method has poor stability and is not easy to store. The synthetic method uses toxic mercury salt or expensive silver salt as a catalyst, and the yield is low [4,5]. The Glucosinolate method [6,7] and trichloroacetimidate ester method [8,9] have long routes, complex reaction conditions, expensive catalysts, lower yields and many other disadvantages.

J&K exclusively supplies a novel class of glycosylation reagents by gold (I)-catalyzed glycosylation reaction to sugar-o-alkynyl benzoate donor.The reaction can achieve efficient synthesis of a series of active oligosaccharides, glycoconjugates, nucleosides, deoxynucleosides, glycoproteins and other compounds. J&K provides:

- Stable donors, mild reacting conditions, with a wide range of saccharide receptors and no introduction of nucleophilic species. - Good stereoselectivity, with high yields and little side effects. - The unique reaction mechanism [4] to help achieve the synthesis of carbohydrate compounds.
